About the Role
We are currently looking for a Senior Personnel & Payroll Specialist to join our HR team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth payroll operations and robust personnel administration. You will be handling sensitive employee data, processing payroll for a diverse workforce, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update employee files and HR records in compliance with labor law and internal policies.
- Oversee payroll cycle from attendance tracking to final disbursement, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor and process insurance, taxes, and benefits in accordance with Egyptian labor law.
- Serve as the focal point for employee queries related to payroll, contracts, leaves, and social insurance.
- Prepare monthly and annual payroll reports for management and auditors.
- Ensure accurate documentation for hiring, resignation, termination, and disciplinary actions.
- Support audits, inspections, and internal compliance reviews.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor law changes and HR best practices.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or Human Resources.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll and personnel, preferably in a mid-to-large company.
- Solid understanding of Egyptian labor law, insurance, taxation, and attendance systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, payroll software, and HRIS tools.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Experience with Zoho People or Odoo HR is a strong plus.
