Job Summary:
TiE HOUSE is looking for a fashion-savvy E-Commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online store. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in e-commerce and the fashion industry, with a strong understanding of product selection, stock monitoring, and sales performance tracking. This role involves working closely with various teams to ensure smooth operations, improve sales, and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Selection & Inventory Management:
o Assist in selecting and curating products based on market trends and customer preferences.
o Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of best-selling items.
o Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain a high-quality product assortment.
2. Sales Performance & Analysis:
o Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize product listings.
o Monitor inventory turnover rates and suggest improvements to increase sales.
o Prepare regular reports on product performance and suggest recommendations.
3. Stock Control & Order Management:
o Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and audits.
o Work with the logistics team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
o Minimize stock loss and discrepancies through accurate tracking and reporting.
4. Website & Product Management:
o Update product listings, descriptions, prices, and images to enhance the online store experience.
o Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize product visibility and SEO.
o Ensure that promotions, discounts, and campaigns are accurately reflected on the website.
5. Market Research & Trend Forecasting:

  • Stay updated on fashion trends, competitor products, and customer demands.
  • Recommend new product ideas and collections to increase store appeal.
  1. Collaboration & Coordination:
    • Work closely with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.
    • Support the marketing team in running promotions and sales campaigns.
  2. Customer Experience Enhancement:
    • Understand customer preferences and buying behavior to improve the online shopping journey.
    • Implement customer feedback into product selection and website improvements.
       

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in the fashion industry.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms like WooCommerce, Shopify, or Magento.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate sales performance and inventory movement.
  • Passion for fashion with an eye for selecting the right products.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in retail merchandising and stock management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with customer behavior analysis and CRM tools.
