Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
Manages and coordinates the company's sales in Door Manufacturers channel to meet the company's business requirements. This is the top sales position for a specific channel, but still governed by commercial policies and framework
TASKS
- Create Door Manufacturers sales channel as per the company’s direction
- Identify new market opportunities and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Build new network of potential customers.
- Achieve the channel sales target as per the business plan.
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Expand the relationships with existing customers -if any- by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely
- manner
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
- Prepare regular reports of progress of each visit, identifying the potentiality and size of the opportunity and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
- Manage trade discounts.
- Manage payment terms according to the company policy.

Job Requirements
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience in sales management (Digital Soultion)
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent
