- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets within assigned stores or territories.
- Maintain product display, ensure stock availability, and uphold brand image at the point of sale.
- Support in-store promotions and marketing activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and store teams.
- Report regularly on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within the beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or luxury retail industry.
- Presentable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with strong persuasion and selling skills.
- Energetic, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
- English language proficiency is preferred.
