A leading group of companies specialized in the import and distribution of porcelain tiles, bathroom cabinets, and decor
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the showroom.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable porcelain tile products.
- Provide detailed product information including features, pricing, and availability.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
- Maintain a clean and attractive showroom display.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure order accuracy and delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service when needed.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in indoor sales, preferably in ceramic/porcelain tiles, Sanitary ware.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Presentable appearance with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email).
- Bachelor's degree or diploma is a plus.
- Ability to work shifts and weekends if required.
