Job Summary

Kolaly Technology is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team. This role requires a results-driven individual with a strong background in IT sales, specifically within the systems integration industry. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their IT needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Building
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities with a focus on IT systems integration solutions.
    • Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, addressing any issues or needs promptly.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Skills

  • Educational Background
    • Bachelor's degree in Communication Engineering, Information Technology,  Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Relevant certifications in IT sales, networking, or project management are a plus.
  • Experience Requirements
    • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in sales or account management within the IT or systems integration industry.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment with an existing customer base.
  • Technical and Professional Skills
    • Knowledge of IT solutions, including cloud services, cybersecurity, networking, and infrastructure.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate client needs into actionable sales strategies.
  • Personal Attributes
    • Highly self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to sales.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations.
    • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and industry trends.
