Job Description
- Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior and trends
- Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to inform strategy
- Develop and execute trade promotion strategies to drive sales growth
- Collaborate with sales teams to plan and implement promotional campaigns
- Align marketing and sales strategies to optimize performance
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales Excellence, Sales, Finance & Marketing) to ensure smooth execution of programs
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives to optimize sales performance and improve future strategies
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and promotional outcomes to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
- Design and implement merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and ensure optimal product placement in retail spaces
- Manage trade marketing budgets, track expenses, and prepare financial reports to ensure cost-effectiveness and align with overall business goals
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years in trade marketing, or sales roles, preferably in a related industry (Telecom, FMCG, retail or Fintech)
- Strong analytical skills to assess market data and sales performance metrics
- Excellent in communication skills for effective collaboration and presentations
- Proficient in negotiating deals and managing retailer relationships
- Experienced in managing multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously
