Job Description
- Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns to support brand awareness, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e-commerce, visual merchandising, sales) to ensure campaigns are aligned across all channels.
- Collaborate with the creative team on visual concepts and campaign materials.
- Assist in managing influencer partnerships and social media collaborations.
- Analyze consumer trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategy.
- Monitor the performance of campaigns and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
- Handle the execution of events, in-store activations, and brand pop-ups.
- Work with PR agencies and media partners to support brand communication.
- Ensure all marketing activities align with the brand’s tone and identity.
- Track and follow up on campaign budgets and vendor invoices.
- Contribute ideas for engaging customer experiences and loyalty-building initiatives.
- Stay updated on fashion industry trends and customer preferences.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and visuals across all offline and online touchpoints.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the fashion retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of retail marketing, consumer behavior, and digital channels.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and social media platforms.
- Creative thinker with strong project management and analytical skills.
- Passion for fashion and understanding of local/international fashion trends.
