Job Description
• Process export orders and support sales admin tasks
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and documentation teams
• Track shipments and follow up on payments
• Prepare commercial offers, send samples, and manage customer records
• Maintain accurate sales data in SAP and internal systems
• Collect market intelligence from internal/external sources
• Monitor competitors, pricing, and trade trends
• Segment customers by volume, price, and geography
• Assist in monthly reports, KPIs, and dashboards
• Support presentations and strategic updates
• Develop marketing materials, sales tools, and sample kits
• Work with designers on visuals and content
• Support brand alignment and technical accuracy
• Ensure materials meet market needs and brand identity
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in trade/export/industrial marketing
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; SAP knowledge is a plus
• Excellent written and spoken English
