Job Description
- Design and implement compensation plans
- Oriented with social insurance procedures and forms "1,2,6 … etc"
- Medical approvals, addition and deletion
- Communicate with insurance companies "Medical-Life"
- Communicate with labor offices

- Follow all the travel allowances and benefits

Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business administration or any related
- +5 yeas of experience in the same position
- HR certificate is a must
