Job Description

Personnel:

  • Handle HR operational activities, including employee record management, documentation, and compliance.
  • Processing new hire paperwork (Contract, NDA, Security policy)
  • Manage benefits administration, leave management, and employee data maintenance.
  • Coordinate employee offboarding processes, including exit interviews and clearance procedures.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are effectively communicated and adhered to by employees.

Training:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee knowledge, skills, and performance.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and design customized training modules.
  • Coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communication.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.

Onboarding:

  • Develop and execute a structured onboarding program for new hires to ensure a smooth assimilation into the organization.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to create onboarding schedules and provide necessary resources and materials.
  • Conduct orientation sessions, communicate company policies, and facilitate new hire introductions.
  • Collect feedback and continuously improve the onboarding process based on employee experiences.

HR System Administration:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR system-related inquiries and support.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data in the HR system, including new hires, terminations, and employee changes.
  • Generate reports and analyze HR data to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with IT to resolve system issues and implement system enhancements.

 

Performance Appraisal:

  • Manage the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Analyze performance data and identify trends or areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Strong HR Knowledge: Proficient in HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements, with a solid understanding of employee data management
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing employee records and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Excellent Time management skills
  • Self-motivated, hard worker, with high ability to work across teams driving cross-functional. 
  • High analytical skills 
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively address employee queries and collaborate with clients and internal teams
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Capable of identifying issues and implementing effective solutions to streamline HR processes and resolve employee concerns
