Job Description
- Overseeing the sales process to ensure that targets are met or exceeded.
- Identifying potential clients, developing relationships with them, generating leads, completing sales, and maintaining relationships over time.
- Responsible for managing a sales team within the organization and for actively collaborating with other departments to develop new sales strategies.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to create effective sales plans.
- Set sales goals and objectives for the team and monitor performance against targets.
Job Requirements
- Suitable bachelor's degree, preferably business administration, marketing.
- 10 to 15 years of experience in real estate.
- An excellent level of real estate knowledge and marketing skills.
- Previous experience in selling commercial real estate.
- Upper-Intermediate English Level.
- Experience in managing a sales team.
- Well Presenter, Excellent Negotiation & Persuasion Skills.
- Knowing about brokerage Companies.
- Owning a car is a plus.
