Job Description

Talent Acquisition responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies, network online with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best talents.

Responsibilities : 

  • Create and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job platforms/newspapers/. colleges etc.
  • Sourcing potential candidates through online (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) and offline channels (Universities, career fairs, references).
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details.
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
  • Design interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
  • Schedule and interview candidates Research and implement new interview styles.
  • Design and conduct the induction and on-boarding process.
  • Manage the full life cycle of recruitment process from sourcing to on boarding.
  • Provide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team.
  • Maintain all files in the drive and enhance the filing system.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
  • Research best practice in the recruitment process and introduce changes.

Job Requirements

  • Familiarity with dashboards and analysis is a plus.
  • Dynamic mindset & Good self learner.
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency based, stress etc).
  • Excellent organization / prioritization skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • BS/MS in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
