Job Description

  • Utilize various channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and recruitment events, to actively source and attract potential candidates.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate data and track recruitment metrics.
  • Conduct initial phone or video screenings to evaluate candidates' skills, experience and assess candidates’ cultural fit to determine their suitability for specific roles.
  • Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for key roles to ensure a continuous flow of potential hires and reduce time-to-fill through pro-active outreach.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with the hiring managers.
  • Screen resumes and assess candidates' skills, qualifications.
  • Assist in negotiating job offers, communicating with candidates about compensation and benefits, and facilitating a smooth onboarding process.
  • Gather feedback from hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders to continually improve recruitment processes and enhance the overall candidate experience.
  • Post job advertising on relevant job boards and other platforms to attract suitable candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their team's needs and priorities.
  • Foster a diverse and inclusive workforce by attracting candidates from various backgrounds.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient onboarding of new hires.

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience
  • Familiarity with sourcing methods, including online channels, social media, and professional networks.
  • Familiarity with conducting effective interviews, both in-person and virtual
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Effective time management.
