Job Responsibilities and duties:
- Collaborate with Heads to gain a clear understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position and meet hiring goals and expectations.
- Manage and receive Recruitment Requests Form each department's Head.
- Collaborate with department managers to set qualification criteria and conditions of employment to select.
- Prepares job descriptions when needed and post, create, and releases job postings on different platforms and channels, such as social media job boards and websites.
- Source applicants through online channels as per our agreement with our service providers such as LinkedIn and Wuzzuf other professional networks and headhunters.
- Screen and filter resumes and job applications and conduct phone screening to create shortlists of qualified Candidates.
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, source of hire, and cost per hire. , etc.
- Responsible for arranging and conducting HR interviews for potential candidates for a managerial and non-managerial position.
- Conduct reference or background checks for the selected candidates.
- Follow up with candidates regarding the hiring status process.
- Develop and send employment offers to accepted calibers provide feedback and negotiate offers of employment.
- Interview candidates in person for a wide range of roles.
- Securing the necessary approval for the employment offers from the authorized approval.
- Submit the employment offers to the selected candidates.
- Coordinate with the training Department to conduct a training round for new hires.
- Responsible for the whole onboarding and orientation processes.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future jobs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or any related discipline.
- Not less than 3 Years of proven work experience in recruitment (White and Blue Collars)
- Previous experience in the pharmaceuticals industry/ outsourcing agency.
- HRM Diploma Certificate is preferred.
- Excellent command of the English language (Speaking & Writing)
- Excellent Commutation, impersonal, and organizational skills.
- Excellent business writing skills.
