Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced English Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist - Non Agents hiring, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top English-speaking talent for our BPO company. Your primary focus will be on identifying qualified candidates through various channels, evaluating their skills and suitability for our organization, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  2. Source candidates through online channels, job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other creative methods.
  3. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  5. Conduct reference checks and background verification for selected candidates.
  6. Manage the offer process, negotiate salary packages, and facilitate the onboarding of new hires.
  7. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.
  9. Collaborate with the HR team to enhance the overall recruitment process and candidate experience.
  10. Track and report key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruiting efforts.

Job Requirements

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, preferably in the BPO industry for Non- Agents hiring
  • Solid understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal. C1
