Job Description
- Preparing and reviewing employment contracts
- Preparing job offers
- Making flight reservations - hotel reservations - car reservations
- The ability to sort and review resumes and exclude unsuitable ones
- Medical insurance: Requesting offers from companies - and comparing them - and the ability to work on the websites of different insurance companies, including adding, deleting, and following up on company invoices.
- Follow up on leave balances for employees
- Working on attendance and departure devices and preparing their lists
- Preparing and reviewing salaries
- Always ensure that work is in accordance with company policies and Saudi labor law
Job Requirements
Functional tasks
- At least two years of experience in using Saudi government electronic websites such as: Social Insurance - Muqeem - Qiwa - Labor Office - Mudad - Tam - Hadaf - Jadarat - Chamber of Commerce - Ajeer - Ministry of Foreign Affairs website. Various recruitment sites, for example (Linked in - Bayt)
- Working on the Odoo ERP system
- At least 5 years of experience working efficiently on Microsoft Office programs
Required Qualifications
- Have an appropriate higher qualification
- Fluent in Arabic and English, spoken and written
- Ability to work under pressure
- At least five years of experience in the same position on Saudi systems
- Preferably someone with a human resources diploma
