Job Description
He/she worked before in e-commerce industry for minimum 2 years. (Is a must)
● Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and objectives.
● Manage the full recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, making job offers, forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly.
● Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring a smooth transition process.
● Administer employee benefits programs and liaise with external providers as necessary.
● Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
● Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
● Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and practices.
● Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR, and recommend improvements to enhance the overall HR function.
● Perform annually and monthly evaluations and settle KPIs for each department.
El Shorouk city and nearby areas is preferred
Job Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Proven work experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and HR policies.
● Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
● Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
● Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite.
