Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and plans based on the organization's workforce needs and hiring goals.
  • Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing techniques.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and candidate assessment.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting top talent.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to enhance the employer brand through effective recruitment marketing strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role for both white & blue collar.
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
  • BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
  • Max Age 30
