Job Description
- Building proactive sourcing strategies and create candidate pipelines to ensure there is a sustainable source of candidates to achieve recruitment goals.
- Using various channels, including online and social media to source candidates
- Build long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates for critical positions.
- Ensuring job advertisements effectively reach a diverse pool of talented candidates.
- Effectively managing candidates to ensure engagement throughout the whole process and deliver a positive experience, gathering candidate feedback about our process.
- Work closely with the Line Managers to fulfill their manpower requirements per preset hiring priorities throughout the year.
- Reviewing and developing the current recruitment and selection process to suggest ideas to enhance a high quality hiring process.
- Ensure the execution of the overall hiring strategy of the organization to create a diverse set of qualified individuals.
- Manage and maintain university relations; attending job Fairs (universities and government employment fairs) to represent the company
- Plan and conduct the interviewing and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
- Keep records of all documentation used for recruitment, including CV, application, interview notes, interview evaluation form and other related paperwork.
- Provide analytical Turn Over reports and play a major role in taking the necessary actions to retain employees.
Job Requirements
- BA in Business, Management, or any related field
- 5+ years of extensive experience in recruitment
- Proven experience for in-house recruitment function managing a wide variety of positions and levels.(white & Blue Collars)
- ·Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
