Job Description

  • Manage the full recruitment process from screening through the Job Offer.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization.
  • Maintain Personnel record and insurance files .
  • Administrate Health Insurance programs.
  • Process Payroll and Track attendance.
  • Implement training and development plans.
  • Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor Laws.

Job Requirements

  • Hands on experience with full cycle recruiting.
  • Familiarity of Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Solid understanding of labor Law and payroll process.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Specialist, Digital Agency is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving abilities.
  • Team management skills.
  • BSc/MSc in Human Resources or relevant field.
