Job Description
Support the full recruitment process: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Maintain employee records in HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Administer benefits enrollment, changes, and communications with employees.
Assist with payroll preparation and timekeeping verification.
Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation and training.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Support performance review cycles and employee engagement programs.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Prepare reports related to HR metrics such as turnover, headcount, and absenteeism.
Job Requirements
1–3 years of experience in human resources or a related administrative role (for entry-level).
More senior roles may require 3–5+ years of HR experience.
Experience with:
Employee onboarding/offboarding
HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors)
Recruiting processes
Benefits and compensation administration

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel and Word)
Familiarity with HRIS software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Understanding of labor laws and HR compliance (e.g., FMLA, EEO, OSHA in the U.S.)
