Job Description
- Support daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring all documentation and orientation processes are completed.
- Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reports.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist in organizing staff training sessions, workshops, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and uphold data protection standards.
- Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance records and leave requests.
- Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and school-wide events.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and relevant labor laws in all HR activities.
