Job Description

  • Support daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring all documentation and orientation processes are completed.
  • Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reports.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist in organizing staff training sessions, workshops, and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and uphold data protection standards.
  • Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance records and leave requests.
  • Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and school-wide events.
  • Ensure compliance with school policies and relevant labor laws in all HR activities.

Job Requirements
