Job Description

-Oversee the maintenance of buildings and facilities to ensure efficient operation.

-Manage daily operations, including cleaning, security, and maintenance.

-Monitor the budget for facilities and reduce costs without compromising service quality.

-Plan and implement facility improvement projects.

-Supervise supplier contracts and ensure compliance with agreed terms.

-Assess risks related to facilities and take necessary actions to mitigate them.

-Manage teams responsible for maintenance and support services, delegating tasks effectively.

-Prepare periodic reports on facility performance and potential issues.


 

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Previous experience in facilities management or a similar role (3-5 years).

Strong leadership and management skills.

Ability to plan strategically and handle crises.

Proficiency in facility management software and reporting tools.

Good understanding of environmental, health, and safety standards.
