Job Description
- Facilities & MEP Management: Oversee the maintenance, repair, and performance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
- Systems Maintenance: Ensure the smooth functioning of elevators, fire protection, and security systems.
- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize equipment breakdowns.
- CMMS Utilization: Use Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), such as Corrigo, to track repairs and work orders.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that facilities comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Emergency Preparedness: Implement emergency response and fire safety protocols to enhance workplace security.
- Risk & Safety Management: Conduct risk assessments and method statements to enforce workplace safety standards.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering is required.
- Experience in Facility Management is required.
Knowledge of Corrigo System / CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is preferred.
Fluent English is a must.

- Building Automation & Control Systems: Capability to quickly identify and resolve facility-related issues.
- Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting: Ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions.
- Computer-Aided Design (CAD) & Facility Management Software: Experience using CAD tools and facility management software to optimize maintenance planning.
