Manage and supervise all facility-related operations including maintenance, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Ensure the facility complies with local regulations and bank’s internal standards, including health, safety, and environmental requirements.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure high-quality, timely service delivery.
Monitor facility budgets, control costs, and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or compliance.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to proactively identify and resolve facility issues.
Oversee security protocols and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure the safety of staff, clients, and assets.
Manage preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the life of facility assets.
Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and provide updates to management on facility performance and improvement initiatives.
Act as the primary point of contact for all facility-related concerns at the site level.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience in facility management, with proven experience in the banking sector.
Strong knowledge of building systems, facility maintenance protocols, and compliance requirements.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
