Job Description
To supervise and manage the execution of mechanical works on site, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedule while leading the mechanical team efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of engineers, technicians, and workers for all mechanical site activities.
• Review and validate mechanical shop drawings and coordinate with other disciplines (electrical, architectural, civil).
• Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to the project timeline.
• Supervise installation of HVAC systems, plumbing, firefighting, and other mechanical works.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and health & safety regulations at the site.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management.
• Troubleshoot technical issues on site and ensure smooth workflow.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure required materials and equipment.
• Verify and approve executed work quantities.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in mechanical site works, with at least 3 years in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems for buildings and infrastructure projects.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read, interpret, and analyze technical drawings and solve on-site problems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management tools.
