Job Description
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in administrative processes.
- Manage and coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for senior management and staff.
- Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement with vendors.
- Implement and uphold office policies, procedures, and standards to support company objectives.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth workflow and communication.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain organized filing systems.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees and assist with HR-related administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements within the office environment.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in office management or a related administrative role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising staff.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in office software, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Experience in coordinating with vendors and managing office budgets.
