Job Description
We are seeking an experienced professional for the management and development of our real estate portfolio, with a strong focus on real estate investments. This position involves direct participation in managing existing assets and newly added properties, as well as interaction with tenants, property management companies, and general contractors. Proficiency in Russian is mandatoryKey Responsibilities:Oversee and manage a diversified real estate portfolio (residential, commercial, and other properties), ensuring high returns and direct interaction with tenantsCoordinate with property management companies to ensure effective operation and maintenance of assetsManage the construction and reconstruction of properties, overseeing the processIdentify, evaluate, and recommend investment opportunities in real estateConduct financial modeling, cash flow forecasting, and prepare financial and economic reportsEnsure compliance with legal, regulatory, and tax requirements related to real estate investmentsLead negotiations with general contractors and other key partnersQualifications:A higher education degree in finance, real estate, or a related field; an advanced degree or certification is a plusA minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate investments or asset management, preferably in family officesHands-on experience in resolving issues with tenants and property management companiesExperience in overseeing and controlling construction/reconstruction projectsStrong financial analysis and assessment skillsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsUnderstanding key aspects of real estate: legal issues, contractual relationships, risk management, etc.Proficiency in Russian and EnglishHigh ethical standards and confidentialityLocation: Kazakhstan or the Middle East
