Job Description

Candidate is expected to take the lead in the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, lead management and qualification, identification of business requirements, presentation, negotiations, closure.

Typical work activities:

  • Recognize the needs of the customer and provide detailed information about the technical specifications of the e-learning mobile application offered by the company.
  • Construct sales pitches and presentations.
  • Demonstrate product features before a sale.
  • Negotiate price for the sale.
  • Negotiate a commercial agreement and contracts.
  • Add new customers to the company.
  • Gathering competitors and customer information.
  • Maintain the development of relationships with existing and new customers via phone calls/ emails/customer meetings.
  • Gain a clear understanding of customer business and requirements to meet their expectations.
  • Review your sales performance, to meet or exceed your goals.
  • Close transactions with customers.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Knowledge of selling skills
  • Knowledge of Software Sales is a plus
  • Having a car is a plus

Customer Service Skills:

  • You will need to be able to speak in a friendly way to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options for them.

Communication Skills:

  • You will need to speak to customers about a product's different features, and answer any questions they might have.

Persistence:

  • Not every customer is going to be a sale. Being able to bounce back if you lose a sale will be key for this job.
