Job Description

Outsourcy is seeking to immediately hire B2B Sales specialists

Location: Massadak St. - Dokki  

Near El-Bhoos Metro Station

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, networking, and social media.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads to ensure consistent sales growth.
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific business objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities within the CRM system.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B HR outsourcing is highly preferred.
  • Experience selling in HR services industry is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to succeed.
