Job Description
- Develop and manage marketing plans, calendars, and campaigns
- Supervise content creation, including brochures, videos, and digital media
- Coordinate with freelance designers, printers, and media agencies
- Plan and oversee event participation (conferences, workshops, exhibitions)
- Manage the company’s website content and digital presence
- Lead social media strategy and oversee content production (Facebook & LinkedIn)
- Analyze competitor activity and generate monthly marketing insights reports
- Maintain and evolve the company profile and product documentation
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a medical, healthcare, or B2B industry.
- Strong in planning, execution, and campaign management
- Confident working independently and managing freelancers and vendors
- Solid understanding of content creation, branding, and basic design tools (e.g. Canva, PowerPoint)
- Comfortable with event coordination, exhibitions, and print production.
- Able to align marketing efforts with sales and commercial goals.
