Job Description
- Receive new hire request forms from hiring managers /Directors.
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Creatively source candidates from various channels inclusive of research, social media, and networking, and explore overseas and local markets for suitable talent.
- Place and update all job postings on various Media Channels & Social Platforms
- Continuously develop networks/partnerships to actively build a database/pipeline of candidates •
- Recruit and perform talent acquisition activities such as resume & phone screens, and candidate interviews, and recommend the final selection of applicants.
- Arrange pre-employment testing, background & references screenings.
- Conduct Behavioral Interview for Shortlisted Applicant
- Make sure all recruitment procedures are completed in line with company policy
- Represent the company at recruiting events (i.e., college job fairs),
- Conduct new employee onboarding, ensuring the process is engaging and that processes are followed and accurate.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting efforts.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related field
- Certificate of HR Management is a Must
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
- Strong work ethic and sense of integrity
- Proven ability to communicate and effectively “sell” an organization’s value proposition.
- Strong customer service, negotiation skills, and ability to interact with employees at all levels
- Good planning & organizational skills.
