Job Description

  • Receive new hire request forms from hiring managers /Directors.
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
  • Creatively source candidates from various channels inclusive of research, social media, and networking, and explore overseas and local markets for suitable talent.
  • Place and update all job postings on various Media Channels & Social Platforms 
  • Continuously develop networks/partnerships to actively build a database/pipeline of candidates • 
  • Recruit and perform talent acquisition activities such as resume & phone screens, and candidate interviews, and recommend the final selection of applicants.
  • Arrange pre-employment testing, background & references screenings.
  • Conduct Behavioral Interview for Shortlisted Applicant 
  • Make sure all recruitment procedures are completed in line with company policy
  • Represent the company at recruiting events (i.e., college job fairs),
  • Conduct new employee onboarding, ensuring the process is engaging and that processes are followed and accurate. 
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting efforts.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related field 
  • Certificate of HR Management is a Must
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
  • Strong work ethic and sense of integrity 
  • Proven ability to communicate and effectively “sell” an organization’s value proposition.
  • Strong customer service, negotiation skills, and ability to interact with employees at all levels
  • Good planning & organizational skills.
