Job Description
- Colorama coatings are in search of an experienced HR Generalist who will be responsible for applying business knowledge and human resources expertise.
- He or she will assist in providing a wide range of HR support and execution.
- The successful candidate will play a key role in the success of the organization by offering guidance and implementation on recruitment, terminations, performance management, employee relations, and HR best practices while facilitating a positive relationship between personnel and senior management.
- Implement and administer employee policies
- Provide high-quality service to management on performance management issues
- Implementing programs to help improve the employee experience, productivity, attendance, and efficiency
- Offer proactive recruiting assistance
- Identify ways to improve policies and procedures
- Prepare termination and severance letters
- Monitor Sales commissions and expenses
Job Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in HR different functions.
- University degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- HR Diploma or Courses is a plus.
- Experience in using HRIS, Odoo, or any ERP software is a plus.
- Residence near to Obour City is a must.
- Car owner is a plus.
- Strong user of MS Office specially Excel.
- very Strong leadership, Communication , organizing, time management and negotiation skills.
