Job Description

  • Implement the company's talent acquisition strategy.
  • Conduct sourcing activities (Paid or Unpaid Channels) to fulfill open positions within the expected time to hire & time to fill standards.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events.
  • Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates.
  • Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees.
  • Update monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics.

     

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in the same position
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly with all Social Media platforms (Paid and unpaid)
  • Excellent Communication skills
