- Implement the company's talent acquisition strategy.
- Conduct sourcing activities (Paid or Unpaid Channels) to fulfill open positions within the expected time to hire & time to fill standards.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Serve as a brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events.
- Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates.
- Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees.
- Update monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics.

- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar
- 1 to 2 years of experience in the same position
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly with all Social Media platforms (Paid and unpaid)
- Excellent Communication skills
