- Updating company documents (commercial, TAX, export, import, ISO … etc certificates)
- Attending phone calls from clients and responding to the emails received from clients and concerned party members
- Making sure all reports and data files are arranged in a timely manner.
- Preparing expenses claim forms.
- Initiating bank transfers to employees & suppliers when needed.
- Building up the administration team within PAFT Egypt
- Logistics documentation supervision
