Job Description
- Responsible for the Hiring Process (Creating job posts/Screen CVs/Sending interview invitations for applicants / Making face-to-face interviews and following up the technical and final interviews).
- Previous CV from our database system (recruitment tracker sheet.
- Send welcome emails for new employees.
- Developing Organizational Chart, Forecast hiring needs.
- Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages.
- Handel all the contracts process from issuance to renewal.
- Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
- Administer medical insurance programs.
- Open Bank Accounts for employees.
- On-boarding for new employees, Implement training and development plans.
- Collect all Evaluation data from Evaluation sheets.
- Recording daily vacations in the vacations sheet.
- Tracking the monthly attend.
- DT internal Policies update.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- 2 years of experience in the HR field.
- Must have an HR Diploma.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid problem-solving abilities.
- Good command of English and Arabic language.
- proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Good problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
