Job Description
- Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget
- Supervise employees, providing coaching and mentor-ship to optimize productivity and increase sales.
- Making every effort to maximize efficiency and profits.
- Preparing promotional materials and displays
- Address customer complaints/feedback in a professional manner.
- Plan and execute specials and promos, including year-end clearance sales.
- Maintain current knowledge of market/trends.
- Analyze and predict sales, and sale trends to make informed decisions.
- Uphold compliance with all legal, health, and safety guidelines.
- Make the schedule of workers.
- Notify staff of new procedures or policies.
- Assign workers to specific projects such as cleaning or restocking.
Job Requirements
- BSc in business administration or relevant field.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven experience as retail manager or in other managerial position.
- Excellent knowledge of retail management software (e.g. MS RMS).
- Excellent organizing and leadership skills.
- Commercial awareness .
- Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles.
- 15+ years of experience as a retail business Manager.
