Job Description
Sales Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities and define strategies to penetrate them.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Set individual and team sales targets and KPIs aligned with overall business objectives.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing B2B sales team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for professional development.
- Foster a positive and results-driven team environment.
- Provide coaching and guidance on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship management.
Sales Operations & Performance Management:
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance against targets.
- Implement and optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepared and presented accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior management.
- Use CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze sales data.
- Identify and address performance gaps within the team.
Business Development & Client Relationship Management:
- Actively participate in key account management and complex sales negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, nurturing leads through the sales funnel.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
