Job Description

Sales Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and define strategies to penetrate them.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Set individual and team sales targets and KPIs aligned with overall business objectives.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing B2B sales team.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for professional development.
  • Foster a positive and results-driven team environment.
  • Provide coaching and guidance on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship management.

Sales Operations & Performance Management:

  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance against targets.
  • Implement and optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Prepared and presented accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior management.
  • Use CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze sales data.
  • Identify and address performance gaps within the team.

Business Development & Client Relationship Management:

  • Actively participate in key account management and complex sales negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, nurturing leads through the sales funnel.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions that align with their business needs.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
