Job Description
At KTS international our Sales team are responsible for building relationships with our current\Potential\ Future clients by presenting them excellence services based on Their needs. They live with them a journey for of excellence, professionalism, confidentiality, and trust. As we service luxury customer experience as much as we service luxury travelling services and arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online platforms.
- Present and promote Kingdom Travel Services' concierge offerings to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Identify client needs and tailor service offerings to meet their unique requirements.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the operations and concierge teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
Job Requirements

Education and Experience
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the luxury travel, hospitality, or concierge industry.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Skills and Qualities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with clients and understand their needs.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Additional Requirements
- Knowledge of luxury travel and lifestyle services is an advantage.
- Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings or events.
