Compensation: Base Salary (discussed in interview) + Competitive Individual Sales Commissions + Excellent, Highly Lucrative Group Sales Commissions + Performance Bonuses + Unique opportunity to perform Umrah or Hajj while on duty.

Your Mission:
Convert client inquiries into confirmed bookings. You'll provide specialized consultations on Hajj and Umrah programs, manage leads, and successfully close deals, with a particular focus on driving group sales.
- What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Proven sales track record, preferably in the tourism sector, specifically Hajj & Umrah bookings.
- Skills: Excellent communication, persuasion, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of Hajj & Umrah requirements and programs.
- Language: Native Arabic proficiency (speaking and writing) is essential.

Job Requirements
- Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated track record in sales, preferably within the travel or tourism industry.
- Niche Knowledge: Strong understanding of Hajj and Umrah programs, rituals, and requirements, including Saudi regulations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in Arabic is essential.
- Persuasion & Negotiation: Strong ability to influence decisions and close deals effectively.
- Relationship Building: Proven capability to build trust and maintain positive client relationships.
