Hajj & Umrah Sales Executive - Job Opening

 

Location: Cairo (On-site at agency)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: Base Salary (discussed in interview) + Competitive Individual Sales Commissions + Excellent, Highly Lucrative Group Sales Commissions + Performance Bonuses + Unique opportunity to perform Umrah or Hajj while on duty.

Your Mission:

Convert client inquiries into confirmed bookings. You'll provide specialized consultations on Hajj and Umrah programs, manage leads, and successfully close deals, with a particular focus on driving group sales.

  • What We're Looking For:
  • Experience: Proven sales track record, preferably in the tourism sector, specifically Hajj & Umrah bookings.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, persuasion, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of Hajj & Umrah requirements and programs.
  • Language: Native Arabic proficiency (speaking and writing) is essential.

Job Requirements

  • Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated track record in sales, preferably within the travel or tourism industry.
  • Niche Knowledge: Strong understanding of Hajj and Umrah programs, rituals, and requirements, including Saudi regulations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in Arabic is essential.
  • Persuasion & Negotiation: Strong ability to influence decisions and close deals effectively.
  • Relationship Building: Proven capability to build trust and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Target-Oriented: Results-driven mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to address client concerns and find suitable solutions.
