Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The successful candidate will lead a team of Junior Brand Managers and Trade Marketing team, overseeing the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive sales growth and enhance brand equity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of junior managers to achieve departmental goals.
- Strategic Planning: Design and implement strategic initiatives from ideation to execution to grow core categories and build brand equity.
- Brand Development:
- Develop and manage brand architecture, ensuring consistency and alignment across all private label brands.
- Build and enhance brand positioning, identity, and messaging to differentiate in the marketplace.
- Oversee the creation of compelling brand narratives and storytelling that resonate with target audiences.
- Private Label Growth: Launch and expand private label brands across both food and non-food categories, driving market share and customer loyalty.
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, in-store promotions, and traditional advertising channels.
- Data Analysis: Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret data using Excel, Power BI, and other reporting software to drive winning strategies and initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage external agencies to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing campaigns.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze KPIs such as sales growth, store traffic, private label market share, and average order value. Recommend and implement actions to optimize performance.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Innovation: Identify and develop new product concepts and enhancements based on market research and consumer insights.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 7-10 years of experience in FMCG or retail brand management and/or trade marketing.

- Proven track record in developing and executing successful brand strategies and marketing plans.
