Through strategic partnerships, consulting services, and specialized subsidiaries, SEIZE supports Saudi Vision 2030 by delivering innovative business, digital, and project management solutions.Role SummaryThe Strategic Partnership Lead will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing high-impact partnerships that support the company’s growth objectives and align with Saudi Vision 2030. This role requires building long-term, value-driven collaborations with government entities, private sector leaders, and international organizations to drive innovation, market expansion, and sustainable business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement SEIZE’s partnership strategy, aligned with business objectives and national priorities.Identify, evaluate, and negotiate strategic partnership opportunities with government bodies, private sector organizations, and NGOs.Lead the end-to-end partnership cycle: prospecting, structuring agreements, onboarding, and monitoring performance.Manage key partner relationships to ensure mutual value creation and long-term collaboration.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Legal) to deliver partnership initiatives.Track, measure, and report on partnership outcomes, ensuring alignment with KPIs such as revenue growth, brand visibility, and market share.Represent SEIZE in industry events, government forums, and partnership discussions.Stay updated on Saudi market trends, regulatory changes, and Vision 2030 initiatives to anticipate new partnership opportunities.Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).Experience: 6–10 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategy, preferably in KSA/GCC markets.Proven track record of managing high-value partnerships and negotiations.Strong understanding of Saudi market dynamics, regulatory environment, and Vision 2030 initiatives.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in Arabic and English.Strategic thinking with strong financial and analytical acumen.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experience and market benchmarks.Performance-based incentives tied to partnership outcomes.Health insurance, annual leave, and benefits as per Saudi labor law.Career development opportunities in alignment with the company’s growth and Saudi Vision 2030.
