Through strategic partnerships, advisory services, and specialized subsidiaries, SEIZE supports Saudi Vision 2030 by delivering innovative business, digital, and human capital solutions.Role SummaryThe Organization Development (OD) Senior Specialist will lead initiatives that enhance SEIZE’s organizational effectiveness, culture, and workforce capabilities. The role focuses on designing and implementing frameworks for organizational structure, performance management, talent development, and change management, ensuring alignment with Vision 2030 and SEIZE’s strategic goals.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and monitor OD strategies, frameworks, and policies that improve organizational performance.Conduct organizational assessments, workforce analytics, and capability gap analyses to identify improvement areas.Lead initiatives related to organization structure, job evaluation, and role clarity.Manage and enhance performance management systems, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.Develop and roll out change management programs to support transformation projects.Partner with business leaders to drive employee engagement and culture initiatives.Support leadership development programs, succession planning, and talent reviews.Prepare OD reports and dashboards for senior leadership decision-making.Benchmark OD practices against local and international best practices, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor regulations.Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or Organizational Psychology (Master’s preferred).Experience: 4-6 years in organizational development, HR strategy, or change management, preferably in semi-government or consulting organizations in KSA/GCC.Strong knowledge of performance management, talent frameworks, and organizational design.Experience in change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter).Strong data analysis and reporting skills to support decision-making.Excellent communication and facilitation skills in Arabic and English.Familiarity with Saudi labor regulations and HRDF programs is an advantage.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary with performance-based incentives.Health insurance, annual leave, and benefits as per Saudi labor law.Career progression opportunities in HR/OD leadership.Exposure to high-impact organizational transformation projects.
