Job Description
- Manage daily office operations and provide administrative support to executives and teams
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally; take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up
- Schedule meetings, organize calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Support the Sales Department by drafting offer cover letters and necessary documentation.
- Draft formal letters, memos, and other business correspondence as requested
- Maintain an organized filing system (physical and digital) to ensure easy retrieval of records
- Maintain and regularly update contact databases.
- Manage and respond to emails and various forms of correspondence with professionalism and discretion
- Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional front-office experience
- Track and maintain accurate records of employee leave, including vacation and sick days
- Order office supplies.
Job Requirements
- Recent graduate or 1:3 years’ experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office(word, Excel & Outlook)
- Very good English.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
