Job Description

  • Manage daily office operations and provide administrative support to executives and teams
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally; take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up
  • Schedule meetings, organize calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Support the Sales Department by drafting offer cover letters and necessary documentation.
  • Draft formal letters, memos, and other business correspondence as requested
  • Maintain an organized filing system (physical and digital) to ensure easy retrieval of records
  • Maintain and regularly update contact databases.
  • Manage and respond to emails and various forms of correspondence with professionalism and discretion
  • Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional front-office experience
  • Track and maintain accurate records of employee leave, including vacation and sick days
  • Order office supplies.

Job Requirements

  • Recent graduate or 1:3 years’ experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office(word, Excel & Outlook)
  • Very good English.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
