Job Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and staff, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Greet clients and visitors, manage front desk activities, and maintain a welcoming reception area.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for various departments.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital files, records, and confidential documents.
- Assist with inventory management, ordering office supplies, and liaising with vendors as needed.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested by management.
- Support billing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks in collaboration with the finance team.
- Coordinate internal communications and distribute memos or announcements to staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative processes.
Job Requirements
- Up to 1 year of experience in an administrative, office assistant, or related support role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
