WE ARE HIRING: Headhunter / Recruiter – STAR PROFILE
Location: On-site (Cairo, Egypt)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 9 AM – 6 PM (Egypt time)
Open to any nationality
We’re on the hunt for a superstar headhunter/recruiter to lead and elevate our recruitment process to the next level. Here's what we’re looking for:
What We Mean by a “STAR” Recruiter:
Minimum 5 years of experience in headhunting or recruitment, preferably in high-volume industries like:
– Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)
– Call centers
– Tech startups or any fast-paced hiring environment (in Egypt or globally)
Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in competitive or high-pressure markets.
Tech-savvy and open-minded:
– Willing to work with our in-house AI recruitment tools
– Capable of building a streamlined process that accelerates screening and hiring by 10x
Strong organizational ability:
– Can design and run a recruitment system that screens 100+ CVs in 10 days and delivers the top 5 hires efficiently
Fluent in English (spoken and written) – this is non-negotiable.
Ambitious and career-driven:
– Looking to build a long-term career
– Excited to contribute to the “future of work” movement
Analytical mindset:
– Able to create and maintain a real-time cost database for various roles we hire
– Keeps us updated on the Egyptian talent market and compensation trends
On-site only:
– We are not looking for remote recruiters. You must be available to work on-premise.
Modern mindset:
– Understands the challenges and tools required to recruit in today’s tech-driven world.
Human Resources Certification is a plus

We are looking to hire a headhunter / recruiter STAR
What we mean by a « star »
- At least 5 years in headhunting / recruiting experience with a super strong track record in an industry with huge hiring needs like BPO or similar (business process outsourcing , call centers, etc) in Egypt or anywhere
- An « open mind » and « tech oriented » individual able to use our AI technologies (or try others) for HR and able to create a process to work with it to accelerate our screening and recruitment capability by 10.
- SO someone who can organize an HR recruitment department to be able to screen 100 resumes in 10 days and hire the best 5 in an efficient way
- A perfectly fluent in English individual
- Someone ambitious who are looking for a long term carrier and want to participate in the « future of work » trend
- Someone smart enough to create a cost database for different types of profiles we hire , for us to be up to date with the cost in Egypt in a very accurate and up to date way
- Someone who refuse to work from home as a recruiter
- Someone « modern « who understand the challenge of recruiting in this new area of tech
