Job Description

  • Follow up on procurement and sales orders arranging follow up sheets 
  • arrange daily expenses sheets monthly fixed cost sheets including drivers petty cash and customs clearance representative sheets . 
  • contact suppliers and clients through whatsapp and emails .
  • handle any other daily admin related responsibilities as required .

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related filed
  • 2-5 years of experience in administrative or operations support roles 
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft excel and google sheets 
  • Strong communication and organization skills 
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
