Job Description
- Follow up on procurement and sales orders arranging follow up sheets
- arrange daily expenses sheets monthly fixed cost sheets including drivers petty cash and customs clearance representative sheets .
- contact suppliers and clients through whatsapp and emails .
- handle any other daily admin related responsibilities as required .
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related filed
- 2-5 years of experience in administrative or operations support roles
- Good knowledge of Microsoft excel and google sheets
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
