Job Description
• Schedule shipping and delivery operations efficiently.
• Ensure timely shipment and delivery of vehicles and spare parts.
• Supervise transportation of goods between sites and coordinate with shipping companies and branches.
• Handle product replacements and defective item returns.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, shipping partners, warehouse supervisors, customs brokers, sales teams, and customers.
• Ensure all parties are aligned for timely packaging, dispatch, and delivery of shipments.
• Communicate with various carriers to obtain shipping quotes and select the best option based on cost, availability, and reliability.
• Study customer needs and manage inventory accordingly.
• Reorder products as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
Job Requirements
• Proven experience as a Logistics Manager or in a similar role within the automotive sector.
• Strong knowledge of logistics operations, inventory management, and transportation coordination.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors and logistics partners.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with customs regulations and shipping procedures is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software/tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent in English .
