Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Import & Export Logistics Manager to oversee and manage all international logistics operations, including import and export processes. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in global logistics and hands-on expertise with SAP ERP systems. Previous experience in the confectionery or food manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end import and export operations across global markets.
- Ensure full compliance with international trade laws and customs regulations.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers.
- Supervise documentation (e.g., Bill of Lading, commercial invoice, COO).
- Monitor shipments and resolve delays, damages, or customs issues.
- Work closely with procurement, warehouse, and finance departments.
- Generate regular reports using SAP ERP for tracking and performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in import/export logistics.
- Strong knowledge of SAP ERP is a must.
- Excellent knowledge of INCOTERMS, HS codes, and shipping documentation.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Experience in the confectionery or food manufacturing industry is preferred.
